Sales Order Management Specialist

Our client, based in Pinelands, is looking for a Sales Order Management Specialist to join their dynamic team. You will be required to fulfil the following duties: Look after all sales orders for B2B, Website, and Telesales Team Allocate stock to sales orders and Invoice orders out accordingly Ensure that all invoiced goods are in the delivery section for the drivers on a daily basis Help the storeman with stock takes once a month Send ETA report to buyers on a weekly basis Keep salespeople up to date with all ETA's Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good telephonic skills. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour. Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be able to work under pressure and within a team. Strong numeracy skills ability to accurately and efficiently perform basic calculations such as (e.g., add, subtract, multiply, and divide) At least 2 years experience in Sales Order Management
