Sales Operations & Planning Manager-Malaysia(A203587)

• Develop monthly/quarterly rolling sales forecasts, breaking down targets by channel and region based on historical data, marketing campaigns, and dealer inputs;
• Monitor forecast vs. actual performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions in a timely manner.

Order & Logistics Coordination

• Oversee dealer order entry, validation, delivery confirmation, and shipment tracking to ensure high order fulfillment rates;
• Collaborate with the Sales Logistics (inbound/outbound) function to optimize warehouse allocation and transportation scheduling, reducing logistics costs and stock-out risks.

Inventory & S&OP Management

• Manage finished goods inventory turnover at the country level, developing replenishment plans that balance supply with market demand;
• Coordinate with parts management and warehousing teams to align after-sales parts supply with product sales.
