Job Description
**Key Objective**
The Sales Operations Manager plans, directs and coordinates business operations, provides sales planning and operations support for sales readiness, and sales process advisory services to the sales team (the internal Customer) to help drive sales productivity in support of enabling sales growth. They will do this by managing and executing business planning and operational activities, policies and processes through operational subject matter expertise, enhanced communication, proactive support and valuable cross-functional partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support the business planning and performance review cadence (e.g. KSO, compensation, goal attainment etc) for the APJC business.
+ Support New Year Readiness planning, interlocking with Global teams, peers from other regions, APJC Sales team and cross-functional teams in segmentation, hierarchy setup, goaling, compensation, KSO’s, systems and tools.
