About the Role

AM Aerospace is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to support our aerospace sales activities.

Based in Kuala Lumpur (KL), this role is suitable for both fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to grow in international sales, supply chain, and aerospace operations.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager to manage RFQs, quotations, customer orders, supplier coordination, and shipment documentation, with training provided where needed.

• Prepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, and pricing requests
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order confirmations
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and order tracking
