Handle incoming inquiries and proactively contact potential clients; prepare and follow up on quotations based on client requirements (samples, TAT, test scope, pricing).
Manage documentation processes including application forms, contracts and billing details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate sample submissions and track progress; communicate with clients on sample status, pending documents and reporting timelines.
Support client management by handling feedback, complaints and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
Work closely with laboratory, customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Drive sales effectiveness through process improvement, reporting, marketing materials preparation and follow-up on outstanding payments.
