Position Summary
The Sales Operation Coordinator will play a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, maintaining effective communication with customers and factories, and improving sales processes. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong Excel and Salesforce skills, and ideally, knowledge of international logistics and ocean shipping procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales proposals by creating and modifying DNS and Specs using Excel.
- Reconcile purchase orders (POs) with DNS.
- Process orders, send Specs to factories, and follow up on progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments and personnel via email, Wrike, Google Drive, and chat tools.
