Guide, lead, and direct the market through effective management of the Etihad insource team with the cargo commercial and operational strategy to maximize results for relevant market. Effective achievement of objectives by setting objectives for the insource team, developing and motivating team to maximize individual and collective performance. You will drive continuous performance management and coaching to improve performance. You will comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health, and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
