Role & responsibilities About the Company: Balaji Product is a fast-growing FMCG home-care manufacturer, known for our flagship brands Balaji Plus Washing Powder and B-20 Premium Detergent . We are expanding our footprint in Uttar Pradesh and looking for a dynamic field sales professional for the Aligarh territory. Role Objective: Drive volume growth, manage end-to-end sales, and aggressively expand the distributor network for Balaji Plus Washing Powder across Aligarh city and neighbouring markets. Key Responsibilities: Primary & Secondary Sales: Take complete ownership of achieving monthly primary (billing) and secondary (liquidation) sales targets. Distributor Expansion: Identify, pitch to, and appoint new, financially stable distributors and super-stockists in unmapped rural and urban clusters.
