Purpose of the Role

To represent KK Smart Living by performing a sales and service function within the SA commercial customer channels , ensuring strong brand exposure, sales growth, and customer relationship management .

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Regular customer sales & service calls in accordance with a structured call cycle.
• Placement of stock orders to achieve sales targets.
• Liaison between internal admin and customers on all queries (sales, technical, logistics, stock, etc.).
• Back-order maintenance & updates to optimize sales volumes (ensuring stock level accuracy, pricing, and product range optimization).
