Sales & Marketing Manager Location: KCN An Phat, Hai Duong / Hai Phong, Vietnam Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in key industries including automotive, medical devices, industrial electronics, and consumer technology. Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts, from initial contact, capability presentation, RFQ handling, negotiation to contract closure. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly Japanese customers, building long-term, trust-based strategic partnerships. Lead and support technical discussions with customers, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable project plans. Coordinate closely with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, project management) to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution.
