RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating with and assisting the business development teamSupporting and organising the operational and administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, offers, and contract documentsCarrying out general document management and data maintenance using CRM softwarePreparing and following up meetings and discussionsPlanning and implementing internal and customer-related events: trade fairs, forums, events for employees, customers, etc.Liaising with the marketing departments in Germany and other countriesCarrying out general secretarial tasks, such as travel, reception, hospitality, and office organisation PROFILE
