We are currently seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and results‑driven individual to fill our temporary full‑time role of Sales Manager at Bayview Seniors Community in White Rock, BC. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for supporting occupancy by managing enquiries, conducting tours, guiding prospective residents and their families through the admissions process, and building strong relationships within the community. This role focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience while helping families navigate the transition into long‑term care, memory care, respite care, and palliative care. This temporary position provides coverage for an employee leave and is focused exclusively on sales, admissions, occupancy, and community outreach.
