Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Drive room bookings, banquet sales, conferences, and group reservations. Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site inspections. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Market Analysis & Strategy Analyse market trends and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. Adjust pricing strategies in coordination with revenue management. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, Marketing, and Food & Beverage departments. Ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings.
