Sales Manager – Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) Roles & Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Channel Partners to achieve business targets. Drive sourcing and acquisition of Home Loan and Loan Against Property business through DSA, Connector, Builder, and Open Market channels. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Recruit, train, coach, and monitor team members to improve productivity and sales performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners for business generation. Conduct regular field visits with team members to generate leads and improve conversion ratios. Monitor sales funnel, lead pipeline, login, sanction, disbursement, and portfolio quality metrics.
