What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across aerospace, defense, and MRO markets
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Lead pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Track market trends and customer demand to guide sales strategy
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines using CRM and ERP systems
- Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction
