Role Description
Responsible to promote and sell Conmed Orthopaedics & Visualization products in the assigned region/territory to achieve company’s objectives in line with its sales and marketing strategy, vision, and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE
Set regional sales goals, develop regional sales strategies, and develop/lead channel partners
Forecast and implement monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to achieve company’s financial target
Strengthen and expand relationships with KOLs, distributors and HCPs
Provide quality level of support to distributor and training
Prepare and participate in sales and marketing activities and collect feedback (Symposium, Booth exhibition, Seminar Cadaver Workshop, Model Workshop etc.)
Produce regular sales reports and provide market intelligence with insightful data
Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
