Position Title : Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain accountability for sales goal achievement, including key metrics and budget adherence.
- Direct and manage a team of sales and administrative personnel, encompassing hiring, training, performance coaching, and regular field accompaniment for training and support.
- Actively participate in new customer acquisition, bid preparation, and customer retention initiatives.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales personnel to review sales activity funnels (CRM), customer relationships, performance against goals, and training needs.
- Proactively engage with assigned accounts to understand needs, address evolving requirements, and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
