Your Mission
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will assist the Boutique Director to develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability by managing the boutique team and ensuring excellence in both boutique operations and client service.
How Will You Make an Impact? Team Management & People Development- Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles and proactively manage the talent pipeline. Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development (career committees, mid‑year discussions, training & development plans), motivate and reinforce engagement.
- Responsible for the integration and training of new team members.
- Ensure day‑to‑day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.
