Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: • Sales management and new development of new sales customers (Focus on Distributors, Modern Trade and Traditional Trade)
• Market development and negotiations in the retail market • Formulation of sales and product strategies
• Marketing and sales promotion initiatives and management (Collaborate with Marketing agency)
• Construct and lead a future team
• Summarize sales status and report to Japanese Manager
• Communicate with HQ in Japan
• Meeting with Japanese Management
• Other assigned tasks

Job Requirement

Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or other related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Manager, Sales Assistance Manager. Senior Sales in chemical or consumer goods industries.
• Business level of Japanese
• Conversational high level of English
• Be able to commute to work by themselves...
