- Develop and manage sales activities to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with Modern Trade (MT), Horeca, and other key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product distribution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
- Candidates from FMCG with food-related products are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade (MT) and Horeca channels.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willing to be based in Bali
