Archer Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build and lead our Personal and Commercial Lines sales department from an established foundation.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed for an experienced insurance producer who enjoys both selling and developing others. This is a sell-first, lead-soon leadership opportunity. You'll begin by personally producing new Personal and Commercial Lines business while helping recruit, train, and develop a growing team of insurance producers. As the sales organization expands, you'll transition into a larger leadership role while continuing to drive agency growth.
