We are hiring a Sales Manager for a well-established and diversified business group in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development across Interior Fit-out & Refurbishment, Furniture & Joinery, and Facility Management
- Develop new business and build a strong pipeline of projects and recurring revenue
- Manage key client relationships and the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Work closely with Estimation, Procurement, Operations and Project teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in the UAE
- Strong experience within Fit-out, Joinery, Furniture and/or Facility Management
