This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a sales leader to oversee, support, and mentor their growing sales team. This position would be managing an outside sales team in a heavy prospecting environment. If you have experience in sales management or industrial sales, we want to hear from you today!

• Supervise all branch outside sales representatives

• Develop plans for future branch growth

• Remote work environment with travel requirements to oversee sales personnel throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Approximately 40% remote and 60% field work.
