What you’ll be doing:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new B2B business opportunities in the insurance market.
- Leading and executing effective negotiation strategies to close key deals and renew existing contracts.
- Building and maintaining strong long‑term relationships with strategic partners.
- Driving the growth of existing alliances and, therefore, increasing AXA Partners CLP's market share in Colombia.
