Your Role

As Sales Manager, Architects & End Users, you will play a key role in specifying our products into design and construction projects globally and across Spain. With a strong focus on client development, cross‑selling, and project management, you will ensure our solutions are at the forefront of architectural and end‑user decisions.

Main responsibilities include:

• Drive sales, maintain and grow existing Ambassador clients as well as nurturing long‑term client relationships.
• Position Kvadrat as the premier choice for architects, designers, specifiers and industry partners in our market.
• Build authentic relationships, create enthusiasm around design, and deliver sales through a strategic approach.
• Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth within the client base, aligning product solutions with client needs.
• Foster a stable and predictable sales cycle, while driving consistent revenue growth.
