Sales Logistics Coordinator (Colombia)

The Sales Ops Coordinator supports key sales channels by managing order logistics, order processing and B2B platform management. This role works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment across group sales, wholesale drop ship, and retailer workflows. This role will also provide support to the wholesale channel, assisting with order processing, support and other administrative tasks.

Group Sales Order Management & Logistics

• Manage Group Sales order logistics, including order placement, inventory review, and on-time fulfillment.
• Proactively monitor Slack and email to make sure information is distributed appropriately, providing updates on orders to create visibility across all departments.
