We're looking for a detail-focused Sales Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team. This is a varied role supporting banking, sales ledger and new account administration.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily banking and cash reconciliations
Post and allocate customer payments
Resolve banking discrepancies with branches
Support sales ledger and customer account administration
Process new account applications and credit checks
Produce reports and maintain accurate financial records
What We're Looking For
Previous finance, accounts or administration experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Good working knowledge of Excel
Able to work independently and as part of a team
