The Role
Located: Munich / Paris / London
The Sales Leader – MidMarket, Digital Europe is accountable for driving profitable recurring revenue growth across the European MidMarket segment within Quadient Digital Solutions. Reporting to the SVP Sales & Operations, Digital Europe, this role leads and develops a regional team of quota‑carrying Account Executives, with responsibility for both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
This is a senior commercial leadership role requiring the ability to operate effectively across multiple European markets, balance strategic direction with execution rigor, and scale consistent go‑to‑market performance. The role plays a critical part in strengthening Quadient’s position in the European mid‑market through disciplined pipeline management, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and sustained team development.
