Sales Head – Solar (C&I + Residential)

AYKKA Technovision is a fast-growing solar EPC company building scalable clean energy solutions across industrial, commercial, and residential segments. We're looking for a Sales Head to own and scale our entire sales vertical — someone who combines strategic vision with on-ground execution.

If you've built and led solar sales teams, closed large C&I deals, and want a seat at the table in a high-growth company — this role is for you.

What you'll own

• Revenue ownership — drive and achieve sales targets across C&I and residential segments
• Team building — hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up
• Market expansion — develop new geographies, channel partners, and strategic alliances
• GTM strategy — define pricing, sales funnel, and go-to-market approach in coordination with engineering and finance
