JOB DETAILS
The Head of Sales will own & exceed annual sales goals whilst overseeing a smooth, effective sales process.
Lead Sales & Business development for the manufacturing facility (products and potential services) as the core (priority) product offering.
Developing annual sales strategies aligned to the overall business strategy
Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high performing sales team with a great culture to succeed and to support the achievement of their KPIs.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to attract, retain and grow new and existing customer relationships.
Actively manage a sales NPD pipeline and achieve new business targets.
