Sales Director Overview The Sales Director is a High–impact, revenue-focused leader responsible for identifying, prospecting and closing new large-scale business opportunities within the SaaS, BPO and Contact Center verticals.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is a pure Hunter.
The Sales Director must navigate complex sales cycles, build a robust pipeline from scratch, and orchestrate internal resources to deliver disruptive value propositions that challenge the status quo.
Education and specific training
~ Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial Engineering or Business An MBA or Master's in Sales or Tech Management is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect and engage with C-Level decision – makers in target verticals (BFSI, Healtcare, Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Technology).
Manage the full sales cycle ownership process from initial cold outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and final closing.
