Location: Milton, Ontario, Canada. This is an onsite opportunity. Salary: Base compensation $70,000 to $100,000 plus commissions, DOE. We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive/Freight Broker with a proven record of sales backed by numbers. What We’re Looking For
A hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales. Ability to bring or build a book of business and produce from day one. Experience working with North American lanes, including cross‑border (cross‑border helpful). Knowledge of LTL, FTL, Reefer, dry van and all modes of shipment. Strong deal‑closing, relationship‑building and volume‑delivery skills. Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics. Demonstrated sales history with verifiable numbers (e.g., monthly GP, loads moved, average margins, customer portfolio). Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
