Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the traditional trade market.
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly, including provision shops, temples, funeral service providers and retailers.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after‑sales service.
- Promote the company's range of ceremonial products and introduce new product offerings.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
- Monitor customers' inventory levels and proactively recommend replenishment orders.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent.
