Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • To perform business performance view (biz outlook, monitoring, order, profit, account receivable, market, customer biz situation & etc)
  • Service Management (Support technical & Biz enquiry, oversea sales process coordination, support delivery , QA issue, logistic)
  • Sales target management (Set target, gap analysis budget vs actual, etc.)
  • Understand products knowledge and product division policy in order to introduce to customer. 
  • Explore new customer and demonstrate a strong understanding of products features and effectively capture clients interest.
  • Understand customer's needs, project road map, organiztion and competitor information to share with internal stakeholders. 
  • Perform products promotion activities with collaboration with oversea branches (Singapore & Japan)
  • Perform product's presentation and understand customer's project specification, needs and work on appropriate proposals...
