Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and workshops.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new dealers and manage existing accounts.
• Promote engine oils and related automotive products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collections and submit sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience (automotive preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
