Sales Executive

• Promote and market the company's products.
• Establish new contacts in the market and expand the company's sales volume.
• Prepare costing sheets and quotations.
• Monitor customer performance and assess their creditworthiness.
• Ensure the timely collection of all outstanding bills.
• Maintain close liaison with the production department and customers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Provide prompt updates on the status of deliveries to customers.
• Address customer complaints and foster strong customer relationships.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer insights, and product quality to support the Managing Director in developing effective marketing strategies.
• Submit reports as required.
