Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings. Explain course features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers. Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication until closure. Achieve the assigned monthly revenue target. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with the marketing and support teams for lead management. Build long-term relationships with students for referrals and repeat business.
