Sales Executive

Job description:

The candidate will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, conduct demos and technical discussions as well as negotiate and close sales in the territory of Mumbai for ENT surgical equipment.

Role & responsibilities

• Increase customer base by making sales calls to ENT surgeons and promoting the product range
• Provide technical information and demos to interested surgeons (including demos within the OT)
• Commercial negotiation with surgeons to close sales
• Follow-up with surgeons for repeat orders of consumables
• Follow-up for payment collection
• Servicing existing customers with regular visits & providing variety of clinical material received from company
• Escalation of customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and providing after-sales support
• Timely submission of information and reports that serve as inputs for the company MIS (daily call register/ ...
