Qualifications
- Identify and approach potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Plan and execute client visits and outreach activities via phone/email to expand business opportunities.
- Prepare marketing materials and sales kits; develop market penetration plans and propose pricing/discount schemes in coordination with Customer Service.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information to recommend effective sales strategies.
- Manage and update client database, monitor monthly revenue performance and implement improvement actions.
- Prepare sales reports, follow up quotations, support debt collection and coordinate with internal teams to handle customer complaints and ensure service consistency.
