Job Description
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally. Understand customer requirements, budget, and space before recommending products. Explain product features, materials, finishes, dimensions, pricing, and warranty. Generate quotations and close sales. Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp. Maintain customer records and update lead status. Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and delivery teams for smooth order execution. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships. These responsibilities are consistent with current furniture showroom sales roles.
