Job Description
What you will be doing:
Develop and manage new and existing B2B client relationships across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and institutional sectors.
Identify and pursue opportunities to integrate Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) with HVAC and mechanical systems.
Conduct client consultations, facility assessments, and technical discussions to uncover needs and present value-driven solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and RFP responses, collaborating with engineering and operations teams.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
Partner with internal Controls Engineers and Project Managers to ensure solution accuracy, pricing integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, energy efficiency trends, and smart building innovations.
