Sales Engineer

Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the relationship with OEM customers and provide the services covering products, pricing, etc. in Southeast Asia, and achieve the target AOP;
• Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network;
• Responsible for tracking, bidding, signing orders and information collection of projects, managing the project pipeline;
• Cooperate with design institution and industrial agents to bid for projects;
• Work with marketing team to build up company branding;

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent.
