As a Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical partner to our Sales organization across Africa. You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Field Project Engineers, Pre‑Sales Engineers, and our broader Sales Network to position Genetec’s solutions effectively. In this role, you act as the primary technical point of contact for both customers and internal teams, ensuring our solutions are understood, trusted, and successfully implemented. Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of Genetec’s product portfolio and stay up to date with new features and releases.
