Sales Engineer Guest Room Management Systems

This position required team member who has skill expertise and experience in hotel room automation, Lighting, motion sensors, and HVAC controls with sales skills to sell customized solutions to hotels, developers, and main electrical contractors. They act as the technical bridge between the client and the company's product development team, focusing on spec-in activities to ensure systems are included in project blueprints.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Specification: Drive spec-in activities by working with consultants, architects, and developers to ensure GRMS products are specified in project blueprints.

Customer Consultation & Demo: Conduct onsite visits and deliver technical presentations/demos of room management solutions, including lighting, HVAC, and IoT, to key stakeholders.

Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) to manage projects, provide regular forecasting, and perform win/loss analysis.
