Support the planning and delivery of global enablement programs, including training sessions, team meetings, stakeholder syncs, and onsite events across time zones.
Prepare agendas and meeting materials, capture notes, track action items, and follow through on agreed next steps.
Maintain the enablement calendar and program trackers, ensuring upcoming training, launches, deadlines, and milestones are visible and up to date.
Assist with participant enrollment, communications, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-up; coordinate preparation with external facilitators and vendors when needed.
Support onboarding for new commercial hires by coordinating sessions, tracking completion, and helping ensure access to the right tools and resources.
Gather and organize training requests and stakeholder feedback, maintaining a clear view of priorities, program status, and deadlines.
