Sales Enablement Architect to Accelerate Revenue

QAD | Redzone is expanding its Go-To-Market Enablement team in Mexico to build a powerhouse function blending instructional design with sales optimization. This role bridges marketing, product, and sales, owning programs, content, and tools to help reps close deals faster.

You will deliver ramp-up programs, design blended learning, and manage go-to-market assets while measuring impact with KPI analysis and Kirkpatrick levels. Strong instructional design and BI skills are essential.
