An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Education Executive to join our Fragrance brands Travel Retail West in Continental Europe. This role will be responsible for our Travel Retail business in North Europe. The preferred location for the role is in close proximity to one of the major airports in Germany. The role will focused on the growth & execution of Jo Malone London across Germany & Austria, and all fragrance brands (Tom Ford Beauty, Le Labo and others) across the Nordics. The position will report to our Area Sales and Operations Manager.

The role involves leading, recruiting, coaching, developing and managing a team of Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors. The engagement, motivation, and training of the generic staff is also key to the role.
