• Plan and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to ensure achievement of monthly targets
• Monitor sales pipelines, performance metrics, and market trends
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and corrective action plans.
• Source, recruit and maintain the required manpower of the team (3 sales managers, 12 property consultants)
• Foster a results-driven, ethical, and collaborative sales culture.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• With a ready team of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants upon joining
• Proven experience as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role in real estate.
• Strong understanding of property sales processes, market analysis, and legal requirements.
