Position based at BORFLEX REX (SWITZERLAND, Mendrisio)

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Management of Borflex Rex and functionally to the Group Sales Department, you will lead the sales strategy and implement it with your teams.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Analyse trends in our markets and the needs of our key clients and major accounts.
• Define the sales strategy and implement the appropriate action plan to develop these markets and achieve the defined turnover and margin targets.
• Champion the company’s interests and act as its ambassador in dealings with strategic clients or at major commercial events.
• Lead major commercial projects, liaising with the technical and production teams.
