QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist ingredients group to fill a Sales Director (Europe) position. The company is a fast‑growth leader in providing niche ingredient solutions to food groups and offers a €multi‑million sales book to manage.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth across Europe.
- Report to the VP of the region based in the USA.
- Develop and build relationships with complex food groups from a B2B ingredients background, ideally with experience in food safety & preservation.
- Operate in an entrepreneurial, stand‑alone growth environment with autonomy to build world class partnerships with the customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Director in Europe.
- Background in a B2B food ingredients business or a flavor house, with a focus on business development and key account management.
